This report was a joint project of Fytokem Products Inc., the Saskatchewan Nutraceutical Network and the Saskatchewan Department of Agriculture and Food. The objective was to gather, generate and publish information on at least 25 plants of potential manufacturing importance and interest. Plant data includes description and habitat, cultivation and history, products and uses, chemical characteristics, patents and cost and availability.
